Services at Horizons

Horizons Mental Health Center offers a wide variety of services for all ages. We offer individual, family and group services. We offer counseling and medical services. We also provide many services out in the community where our customers live, work, and go to school.

 

We understand that each person's needs are different and every situation is unique. We've created a diverse group of services to meet the needs of those in our communities.
