One of the most important parts of our Mission at Horizons Community Mental Health Center is forming strong partnerships in our communities. We value the collaboration we have with all of the agencies we are able to connect with.

 

This partnering paves the way for the creation of strong support teams for those we serve in our communities. The combined strength of several agencies working together leads to better outcomes for all those involved.

 

Another important aspect of our Mission at Horizons is the Community Education, Prevention and Outreach we provide. We have experts on staff in many different areas and respond to requests for presentations on a variety of topics.
